The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the services at ac999:

• The applicant must be 21 years of age or older. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.
• A person may hold only one account. Maintaining multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in all accounts being closed.

• Opening an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person is prohibited.
• Users must play of their own judgment and free will and must comply with applicable local laws.

2.1 Registration Process

During account registration, users must provide their correct name, an active mobile number, and any other required information. ac999 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Providing incorrect information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled.

2.2 Password & Account Security

The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. The user is liable for all activity carried out through their account. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported to the ac999 support team immediately.

2.3 Account Suspension & Closure

ac999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following cases:

• Providing false or incorrect information
• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse
• Operating multiple accounts
• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Money laundering or any other illegal activity

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ac999 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). The use of third-party payment methods or accounts registered in someone else's name is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

3.3 Withdrawal Process

After verification of a withdrawal request, processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. If additional information or documents are requested for verification, this may take longer. Users must withdraw using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.

3.4 Fraud Prevention

ac999 reserves the right to review suspicious transactions and place them on hold if necessary. If a fraudulent transaction is confirmed, the associated funds may be forfeited and the account will be closed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited amount. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period — if wagering is not completed within that period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If bonus abuse or system manipulation is detected, all bonuses and related winnings will be cancelled.
• ac999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

ac999's VIP program has five tiers. By playing regularly, you have the opportunity to be automatically promoted to a higher tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.9% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 1.2% cashback per week
• Diamond: up to 1.5% cashback per week

VIP cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week. The cashback may be subject to its own terms. ac999 reserves the right to change VIP tier criteria and benefits — members will be notified before any changes.
